Getting ready for #denverpopculturecon and decided to go back and edit a painting from ~5 months ago. I really liked the piece but there were always things that bothered me—but I can’t believe how much I ended up changing it! 😱 *whispers* ...Only for Tanechka... 😹

I think the takeaway is that I used to do more backgrounds 😬 I took a huge hiatus from art after 2011 (stress/depression from school/life...I started doing less and less of it) and only recently started picking up on it. #oldmiddlenew
