One of the changes we made in our campaign was that she was responsible for killing Strahd originally instead of some rando guards. Vampyr required he be killed by someone who hated him. She fit the bill. #curseofstrahd

and finally of the RAW NPCs, the Abbot and Marzena.

I changed that entire arc to be less "gawk at the mentally ill inbred people" and more about people entering a Ursula-type deal. The party fixed a lot of the mongrelfolk, including Marzena. Ellerian is actually marrying her.

shit i forgot some of these other ones. Here's Rudolph van Richten and Kasimir.

One of the party members actually romanced van Richten, which was... not a turn I expected, but ok. Kasimir got all fucked up from his deal with Zhudun, the party got him his ears back at least.

Ireena and Rahadin.

The party treats Ireena like their little sister, and they convinced Rahadin to serve her instead of Strahd after his (supposed) death. They've worked together for over a year and gotten close.

Here's the other two PCs, Kelogul and Nelke.

Nelke wasn't with them in Barovia, but her player had her original PC go back home instead of following the group. So she made a new one to tag along their adventures. #dndart
