Today a painting was shared in a writing group and I could feel it, could imagine walking in the lavender, could smell the scent, hear the breeze and the birds. I knew if I painted it that I could sense it even more and I did as I worked on it today...
Here are 4 stages 1/?

Opinion please.... I've spent about 12 hours on this so far and it'll take at least that or more to finish. But I'm doubting that it is in anyway a likeness to the subject.

So to test.... Who is this?
And.... Should I continue?
