Everytime my brain gets too wrapped up in what others might expect from my art I end up creating stuff I'm not super satisfied with
I keep coming back to that one line in People

Happy Birthday Kim Taehyung!
You beautiful, kind, unique, creative, cool, amazing man. I never have the right words, but I hope a picture can show a speck of the love and admiration I feel.

So next year I want to try harder in this area. I’d better be specific — I will aim for 2 paintings each month in 2022
Felt like I reached a point around Jun/July where I was really enjoying what I created but then stopped practicing & when I tried to go back to it it was hard - I felt like my skills had gone backwards so that became a little self-fulfilling in making me less likely to try

First, watercolours. Actually, I’m finishing the year feeling a little disappointed in my watercolour work. For various reasons I fell out of really working on it towards the end of the year.
