Day 1: the first film I remember watching (at least in theaters) was Bambi. Totally fell asleep and to this day that movie bores the hell out of me. XD
The earliest film I remember seeing outside of the theaters was The Secret of Nimh. I loved and still love that movie.

While it wasn't the most popular segment in Memories, I always liked Cannon Fodder. It's visuals are like a mix of Japanese and French animation mixed with Ralph Bakshi Mad Magazine. Also, its seamless transitions throughout each scene are fantastic.
