no but listen Jon aged about 5/7 years.Right. But I personally don't think he spent all that time on Earth-3 since he seems a little older even in space, he changed his uniform and even his room has more general things and clothes, which makes it seem that it was a longer stay

Jor-El said they'd be able to make their Fortress of Solitude more like earth and Jon's place seems rather casual, his room being the only place where he feels comfortable and reminded him of Earth, which he's sure he won't be back anytime soon :(
