Bunker Soldiers: I really love this book. If there's something that Day excels at, it's making Kiev into a highly atmospheric area and the Mongol Advance is so engrossing to read, which is great because the story hinges on the setting and characters. Another wonderful thing is...

Late Pt 3 Jotaro's hair is so smooth and neat compared to early-mid Manga and Anime Jotaro's messy and scruffy hair.

Underrated Comic Opinion:
Marco Checchetto is one of the most overlooked artists for Spider-Man in recent comics. His art goes so hard in detail and can be so raw and brutal.

Story's best crux is Peedee Fryman. It's pretty sad to see a child to be depressed towards the lack of responsibility his father gives him whilst also believing that the responsibility won't give him happiness. It's a shame that this is his only episode. Very entertaining.

Together Breakfast: This is a fairly light & plotless episode, but unlike Cheeseburger Backpack, this story is actually entertaining. Aesthetics are continuously varied & gorgeous to look at, and we're still spoon-fed little bits about each character's quirks. Fun watch.

Cheeseburger Backpack: ...welp, I guess we had to hit a dud at some point, just wish it wasn't so early on. After the highs of LLC, this story feels incredibly lacking in comparison. It's weird to think that an 11-min episode can be padded, but there's a whole 2 minutes away...

Character. There's a bit of clunky exposition towards Rose Quartz and how Steven was birthed, but otherwise this is a great episode, with some great comedy, fun stakes and nuanced character development that will only get more expanded as the show goes on.

Story's crux is all around Steven and Greg's relationship. Going by Greg's design, the audience is supposed to assume him as a typical bum dad, and also going by the Gem's lack of faith towards him, but it's immediately subverted and he's shown to be a loving and understanding...
