7. Sonic Rush:
The most unique OST in the Series. The DJ Hip-hop sampling style really gives the OST its own identity. The compositions really make you want to dance.

Of course my first video game was going to be here. Beautiful blend of techno and hard rock make for a bouncy and kinetic soundtrack.

13. Sonic Adventure 2:
Love how each character has their own genre that shows who they are and their placement in the story. Adventure 2's OST is arguably the greatest in terms of how it reflects in the game's narrative.

Eh, since I'm in a Sonic mood, I'll just do a Top 15 OST thread list, since the Series has my favourite soundtracks in any form of media. From rock, to funk, to orchestra, to pop and to jazz, the Series has some phenomenal music. Let's go!

People call the 3 stories in S26 the 'Ace' Trilogy. I call them the 'Evolution' Trilogy:
Ghost Light- Light cataloguing life then being mad when life evolves
Curse of Fenric- Fenric being the force of evil
Survival- Everyone being stripped back to their animalistic side, their id

People are harping on Sonic fans harping about Green Hill, but we expect better than the same locations. Variety is what makes Sonic unique. We've had hotel resorts in space, an Arabian Nights fire foundry, a weapons facility in the canyons, movie-set city, etc. We expect better.
