Gonna open up some sketch avatars (25 USD) and some line art(100 USD) commissions along side the cell shade stuff. Analytics takes time to suss out but I got extra bills this month, lmao.

We're coming near the end of old art I still like enough to show. It was around this point that I got better at not being so heavy handed with rendering and could separate my lights and darks better. Taking the render to a finish was still a mystery, though.

Here's an old Lunara piece. Lunara's a fun character to draw and I'd like to do another fan art someday just to see the difference in improvement wrt proportion and shape design.

Debating on just removing gradients from the regular process just to have more control over the colours. Mainly just aiming to have something that looks good consistently under one workflow without added time spent.
