Film #51 of 2021 - SONG OF THE SEA [2014]

Hadn't seen this since its theatrical debut (7yrs ago in @LightHouseD7, christ). Probably not the best film to watch when you've been away from Ireland for the longest period in your life and missing the small things!

Film #38 of 2021 - BILL & TED FACE THE MUSIC [2020]

Does the job of wrapping up the series just fine, but lacks the zaniness of the originals. On the plus side, the music aspect isn't just a afterthought for once! And always great to see more Sadler as Death.

Film #12 of 2021 - MILLENNIUM ACTRESS [2001]

I was a bit too young when I first saw this to fully appreciate it for the masterclass in storytelling, editing and character drama it is. What a fucking treasure we had in Satoshi Kon.
