While SEGA does own the Puyo Puyo series, they don't own Madou Monogatari (Or Compile's other stuff.) where many of the characters came from (And the Puyo series itself is a spinoff of.)

So does that mean SEGA doesn't actually own the Compile characters (Arle, Satan, etc.) or..?
