What I’ve noticed is that as the chapter increased, he also started to ask, verbally, Nakyum why he’s crying
This memories was right after showing Seungho taking a bath so I assumed that the flashback was from his memories. He look guilty tho

For how many times he ask Nakyum and he did gave a lot of chances he never have done before, he had enough and chose to resort on pushing the painter in his limits again
When Nakyum was lying to himself and assuming that he did like living there as a “prostitute” (as what he think he is). Seungho was disappointed on why the one and only person who couldn’t lie to him and curse him right on his face was now lying to himself.
The disgust written on his face when In Hun admitted in front of his face how a LIAR he is when it comes to Nakyum. Seungho just didn’t kill him right there because he thinks about what Nakyum will do if he do so
