@justenwrites For tactical combat you need a Job, which is what Icon calls a class (showing off it’s final fantasy influence). The obvious choice for Nightcrawler is the shade. Not only does it come with a suite of teleport powers but it has a “relationship with evil” for Kurt’s daddy issues

We’re going with Beastfolk, specifically a Lopen.

In Icon there’s no mechanics associated with your kin. It’s pure asthetic.
