Andika Setiawan, technomancer. he lives in a cyberpunk-esque, crime infested jakarta. he decided to become a vigilante after meeting the city's most hated/loved anti-hero. the costume design is heavily based on techwear

Lyn Johnston, motel owner. she went to hawaii to study marine biology, but failed to find a job in her field, so she went back to california to continue her recently deceased grandad's motel business. she misses hawaii
