I blocked in "colors" as shades of grey to figure out values/contrast, threw a Difference layer effect over it, and left it at that wrt colors. The last attached pic is the beginnings of a pass at colors (that fucking blue again!!), but it didn't get any further than that.
Like I said on Day 3, I was becoming efficient in my sketch-to-line process, so this is the only separate pose clean-up I have saved (when I usually go through a million sketches). Gladio fashion choices include a Creeper graphic tee and somehow using a fanny pack as a belt.
This one's description on tumblr is "This pic is funnier if you imagine Ignis is handing him some change instead of, like, a small berry." I think it's my strongest piece of the week; the lines, anatomy, + posing is some of my best (even if that sunshade messes w the perspective)
The idea to execution is still pretty straightforward, it's just about figuring out exact posing. They both had glasses in the last pic, so now they both get cute sunhats. Idk that I got good at drawing them so much as I got good at drawing them a specific way HAHA
ft. bad phone pic of the original sketch in my sketchbook. I think my sketch Ignis is cuter than the final look (I'm sorry Ignis, I always fail you). I was gonna give them both blue backgrounds, but the pink for Ignis was a good choice. Also, it's not TOO visible in the sketch,
I'm starting later than I wanted, but oh well!!
Here's a casual process thread for the @summergladnis pieces I did a year ago (bc I'm nostalgic and can't do an independent Round Two this year due to arm hurty).

Contributor announcements for @fashion15zine are up, so here's my contributor icon in full. I get to draw more Cindy for the zine, so please look forward to it 💕
Hey #TransCrafted, I'm Supes; genderfluid enby illustrator and wannabe cartoonist (one day soon I won't be so wannabe).
