Why was this the first thing that popped into my head?

Honestly I think they nailed DB’s style in 3D. My only real complaints are that Goku’s hair doesn’t move very much and the clothing is static.

Also, while the shading is a little on the soft side I think it’s really cool that they are going for a 90s Toriyama watercolor look.

The style is actually pretty close to the card Shintani drew for Heroes, hmmm.

Not gonna lie, I love this style and hope these designs get used for an anime.

Toyo continues to impress.
