Fab day in Dene Valley making community lanterns for the @NHeartlands Festive Light Parade on 18th December with Anna Harding!
Families really spent time making beautiful, personalised stars.
I made a cyanotype star (obvs).
Proper community art.
Another fab day working on my community mural project in the garden @edbertshouseCLP Pattinson House for @HelixArts yesterday!
The mural - A River - is really coming together now, thanks to the hard work of more than 30 people from in & around the Old Fold estate in #Gateshead.
The last of the 13 Yule Lads is Kertasníkir - the candle-stealer.
He arrived last night and is famed for following children around and trying to steal their candles.
Gleðileg jól!
