The storm concept is might be because Tina was from the house of Thunderbird, which is magical creature who could feel danger and create storm

Also, might be from Tina's name mythological reference, Tinia, The God of Sky who got symbolized with eagle and thunderbolt

The way Colleen Atwood and Katherine Waterston give character depth and backstory through clothes still keep made my mind blown

And also a big note to me as fellow artists to give that kind of depth when designing character's costumes
