today was spent on misc things but mostly tweaking the jump. added some ledge forgiveness + variable height jump depending on how long the button is held. i like the added tension when making a long jump..not super exciting but feels a lot better #screenshotsaturday

more progress...set up some background assets + parallaxing, pretty satisfied with the results so far. wonder how many background layers are too many ( ﾟ_ゝﾟ)
