Originally, Hank looked like every other character in Madness, but eventually he got some cool drip that made him stand out.

Pico Day has been a yearly tradition since 2006. It's pretty much a national holiday on Newgrounds and is usually celebrated on/near April 30th, Tom Fulp's birthday.
