Oracle Makoto!

Oracle's outfit actually looks a lot cooler than I initially thought.

I recently finished rewatching gurren lagann and I just had to put Kasumi in this outfit.

This is probably the hardest angle I've drawn so far, so I'm glad it at least turned out decently well.
