managed to fix the issue and also figured out that i can use multiple grease pencil objects to make it look like theres a bit of variation with the lineart https://t.co/BXS1KEnuf5
tried to improve on it based off of some of the suggestions i got
heres where im at atm, aware of the issues with the quills but im tired, gonna fix it tomorrow or another day
getting closer to the uekawa look proceduraly (outside of the eyes), and with the forces model
