It’s also nice to see Vinny Vinesauce play Hylics 2– it’s been ages since I watched the playthrough of the original game, but I love the surreal stop-motion style of the game. Makes me nostalgic for early Nick & MTV.

Sometimes I forget that these franchises both have the same developers.

Shout out to Norman for being literally the only canon protagonist father in all of Pokémon game canon.

(Some of the rivals have dads, but Giovanni and Ghetsis are abusive, and Mohn has a convenient case of amnesia/being stuck in another dimension.)
