@FromHappyRock If the pain localised on the underside of your arm towards or somewhat within the base of the palm, it sounds like Carpal Tunnel. Get yourself a brace and do regular stretches. If the pain is elsewhere, ie: on the outer side of the arm along the ulna, you've strained a flexor
