Please RT! Whenever you walk near a body of water where people fish🎣consider taking a couple minutes to look for👀 and pick up🚮 stray monofilament fishing line. This stuff entangles wildlife indiscriminately. In winter it is easier to spot fishing line and to access woody areas

Not a day goes by that I don't think about the hundreds of dead birds I found below windows on campus last year. These are 232, about half of what was found in 7.5 months of surveys. If the glass was #birdsafe many of these birds would have migrated half a world away by now...
