decided to try my hand at some lumity. here theyre a little older, maybe 17-18 years old? theyre taking a couples photo (maybe even engagement photo), inspired by the blight family having these kinds of traditional family portraits taken in the show.

i guess you can argue whether that little stripe is actually hair or not but it sure as fuck ruins the vibe!!! i swear every single of the worst animal crossing designs has this problem, a bright pastel creature with a patch of human brown hair on the head for no reason
there's definitely a trend that started with steven universe and adventure time of having characters with long and poofy hair thats more "cowlick-y" than say, 80s hair that continues with she-ra and the owl house and i feel like maybe even influenced the poofy wolf cut on tiktok
@Jak23st this attitude flares up in times of much attention around feminism / times when women's roles were changing, as they very much were in the 1960s. you also see this trope in anti-suffragette stuff, like the cruel, demanding wife who makes the husband do the housework.
if i was gonna pick a poster for SU i would simply pick actual crewniverse posters instead of a random corporate bumper
