ZOE - PURPLE

I put Zoe as a purple guardian because it seems to be the color of her gems. A mysterious past trope would fit her a lot as she was one of the first guardians, plus her own agenda led her to corruption. Also, her glowing eye which people suspect Syndra of having.

YELLOW

Neeko's assigned color is yellow. I can't make much sense out of it as she's the only one, but based on her personality, I'd say yellow guardians could be the cheerful ones who bring optimism and laughter into their teams. It's a reach, but I didn't wanna exclude her.

GREEN

Green guardians are the pure ones. They have the strongest bond with the First Star and are of gentle and kind nature. You might be surprised about Xayah, but underneath her edgy facade, her heart is very pure in both the canon universe and the SG one.

BLUE

Blue guardians are the courageous ones. They never back down from a fight and are always willing to explore their limits. I'd say they're the bravest guardians and enjoy fighting the most out of teams.
(As you can see, the official concept of Rakan confirms him as blue).

RED

Red guardians are the feisty ones. They might come across as sassy, overly confident and perhaps even arrogant at times, but they still treasure their teams and fight for what's right. Jinx and Miss Fortune both share a short temper and can be deemed as hotheaded.

PURPLE

Purple guardians are the mysterious ones. They have a past they prefer to keep a secret. Janna and Syndra are mature and quiet. They're collected observers who may seem distant and are difficult to read, as if they have their own agenda or know something others don't.

PINK

Pink guardians pose as leaders. Their job is to keep the squad together and in harmony. Both Lux and Ahri display leadership skills and value the bond between the guardians, but also feel great responsibility and tend to get anxious.

Each Star Guardian has an assigned color. It's quite a common thing in groups of heroes, especially in the mahou shoujo genre.

In the case of the guardians, I noticed some patterns in personalities and roles related to their colors so I'll share them in the thread below.
