Johnny Bravo is capable of being introspective and realizing his errors. After maybe a day or two on the Train, he'd come to grips with his macho persona being a shield for his insecurities.

Using rough math based on how this GIF of Pico spinning his gun is only three frames, assuming that there are twenty-four frames in a second, and presuming the size of the subwoofer's speakers, I found that Pico is spinning the gun at 33.7 meters per second, or 75.4 mph.
