White Tassel has a crit% and a good effect, hence why I prefer this to Halberd. Halberd has an atk% as its sub.

Black Halberd only deals more damage to slimes, and its sub is HP%

For Hybrid Zhongli, i.e. decent geo dmg and good basic atks

Sub: Crit/DMG > Atk% = HP% > ER

(As a side note this is the build I personally go for cause I like him as main dps with big meteor--)
