- Some bias here based on my good m/u
- I have no idea where to put Kum cuz I don't know her m/u
- Everyone in A is SUPER tight
- B isn't bad, just inconsistent

It's 3:30am, no ones gonna see me post a tier list.
Ordered within tiers, and I think that everyone's kinda close, but I wouldn't try to win tournaments with a char in B tier.
Answer is good, so is everyone in A.
