Mermaid Swamp! It's an RPGMaker horror game by Uri. Mostly exploration, a bit of puzzle solving. Rin Yamazaki, a fair-faced and foul mouthed college student and her friends get stranded near a mysterious swamp. When one of them becomes ill they need to search for a cure.

I always wanted to cosplay Liddell but I have made years of excuses, citing self-confidence, the wig, the dolls, the shoes, time, I forgot about it,,, but let's be real, it's the pumpkin umbrella. If I find a suitable pumpkin umbrella I promise I'll eliminate all other excuses.

This game has so much detail, and a lot of really great promotional art, so it's really sad that it didn't get popular. There's even a $300 print still available on NIS's site 13 years later! I have even more material saved, but I think that's enough for now.

The lead artist's name is Taniel but I can't find a website, only a Pixiv with five pictures last updated 2014. If you can please let me know, I'd rather share from the source y'know? But I don't think these exist anywhere on the net officially anymore since the sites all died.

Today I am thinking of one of my favorite but pretty much unknown DS games, A Witch's Tale. It's so my aesthetic, creepy-cute Halloween. It's from 2008 so the site isn't even active anymore (RIP flash) but I found & upscaled some art so you may appreciate it too.
