Only being able to use weapons that are effective against singular types of demons isn't a downside if you're okay with carrying around a ton of weapons

@sdmax300 That's Manta, or more specifically the third time you fight him, alongside the rest of the Army of Garm. He's the sort of guy who buys new tech because it's new rather than because it's useful.
