just out of curiosity i rendered an old drawing with a greyscale map
personally i think it doesnt look as good as it could have if i had just done it normally (just painting instead of doing grey map shenanigans) but it was a cool experiment

scanned a metric shit ton of old art since my mother let me borrow her scanner
this is all mid 2017 art- i had just turned 17 and started thinking that art was something to take seriously
believe it or not i also drew a lot more women
