I don't think I shared the finished fox from a couple of weeks ago, but here he is very much summing up my feelings today. Looking forward to the weekend and catching up on sleep. #fox #illustration #wildlife

Here's the finished work, as mentioned before it was commissioned by a client who wanted a local animal by a local artist. I used a light wash of #watercolour and built up layers of #gouache to get the fur to shine. A welcome break in to colour from my #graphite obsessed world.

Todays #inktober. It was fun to work my way through some different techniques and play around with the medium.
