I decided I wanted my region to be based on the USSR because you know you want to see a Chernobyl Pokémon.

Plus, Kozmokel and Kozmudrel would make more sense since they're based on cosmonauts, which came around when the USSR was a thing. But uhh, there's Kozmokel's evo.

Remember Lullamb? Yeah, fluff that, here's Lullamb but cooler. I'm definitely making a sort of...region based on Russia, so I decided to make a space goat instead of a space lamb.
