Something that I find hilarious is that when I showed someone my character, he asked me if Samantha was supposed to be Asuka from Neon Genesis Evangelion. (I said no, since I never used Asuka as an inspiration)

And the reason for yellow gloves? It's because I was inspired by Mickey Mouse and Bugs Bunny from the 1930's

In my early designs, she had tube socks. And that was because I was also influenced by SpongeBob SquarePants. (Though in the end, I got rid of the long socks)
