Meet Murdoch and Rizzo, two members of Rear Admiral Washi’s Marine crew!
During her days as a Commodore, Washi met them as petty criminals in Mock Town on Jaya. After witnessing the thieves with hearts of gold in action, she made them an offer to join her as Navy shipmates.
