#ClubPenguin Polo Field and Businesmoose both appear in Cool in the Cold as backgrounders, and Happy77 is briefly in The Party Starts Now. While the former two penguins' designs are unchanged, except for the addition of skates, Happy's penguin is curiously missing her glasses.

Issue #32 of Club Penguin Magazine features the comic “Do it Yourself!”, where renovators moving furniture are shown carrying many items, including both Gary and Sensei. When holding Sensei, the penguin seems fine, but when holding Gary, seems to be visibly strained.

#clubpenguin Gary has loved dinosaurs since he was a child, and one of his first toys was a stuffed T-Rex named Lord Chompington, who was very polite. This interest is part of what caused him to become an inventor and scientist.
