Made a 3D model of my anthro bird Gàxareh! It's been a very long time since I last did any 3D, so a fun way to get back into the program.

(Sculpted on top of a human model that came with the software, but other than the torso and the arm proportions nothing is left of that :p)

This art was commissioned by Cordeeceps, showing her dragon Zuri. It was a good challenge to get this character in view in an interesting way, balancing a night scene with good visibility, while still showing off as much detail as possible. I'm really happy with the result! :D

With Mermay starting (good luck to those who are participating!), I thought it would be fun to share this piece I made last year of my character Amnis. Do you have any aquatic characters?

First digital art (2016) vs most recent digital art (2021).

I've been exclusively traditional for a very long time, but now I'm almost exclusively digital. :p
It's just so much more flexible, which has encouraged me to experiment and grow.

15 years ago, #Okami was released. It left a really long lasting impact on me. When I first heard 'Rising Sun', I just couldn't help the tears. I still regularly listen to the soundtrack.

Here's a piece I did of Shiranui a while ago, trying to imitate the game's art style.

There were so many raptors in my feed today that I was sure it couldn't be a coincidence. Turns out it's #velociraptorawarenessday :'D
Maybe awareness that they were feathered instead of scaled like in Jurassic Park? (And way smaller)
Either way, have an old artwork.
