Oz (Pandora Hearts)

Oz was intriguing from the beginning with his stepford smile attitude, and seeing him smile genuinely near the end was a great emotional payoff. His development (including the psychotic and sad parts) was just really fantastic. 10/10 son.

Alibaba Saluja (Magi)

Even before it's revealed that he in fact a prince, he has noble vibes. His heartfelt relationships with other characters (Aladdin, Kassim, ...) are one of the series' highlights--the other being is many great faces.

Yukine (Noragami)

The Ultimate Son. I never disliked Yukine--in fact, I have a lot of sympathy for him--but HIS GROWTH. He's really become the best boy. I'm proud of him, and I support and look forward to his future growth!

Kurapika (HxH)

My current fave. Kurapika is an excellent combination of previous faves--except he came before them. Strong, smart and saddled with righteous angst. Bonus points for a cool weapon, color-changing eyes, and a berserk mode.

This one gave me a lot of personal satisfaction because it just confirmed my belief about the kind of wonderful people Enkidu and Siduri are. That scene were Gil plays with those kids? He was taking notes from THIS.
