her boyfriend [he doesnt have a name yet oops] is drawn in a different artstyle to show how plain he looks in contrast to her being punk/stylish (and also to exaggerate how the majority lesbian band sees him)

i made these last month trying to figure out how i could be fully happy stylizing chibis... i'm happy with the result :D

i got to rewatch flcl with my best friend lexi last friday :’) it was really fun!! :D i was inspired to draw haruko in honor of the occasion 💗
