It’s Koyomi Araragi’s birthday. The kid who changed my entire perspective on life through his journey. Seeing his progress inspires me, and is something that I’ll never take for granted. There’s not enough words to express my gratitude for this character.

Just rewatched Episode 39 to refresh, and one of the most subtle, yet meaningful moments in Gintama for me personally, is the relationship between Katsura and Ikumatsu. It’s so beautiful, and it highlights two people cut from the same cloth that strive to help nearly everyone.
