@PixelKel Rev'olc is a punk demon under the thrall of the god Time with the rest of his kind. Due to a fluke in a very corrupt system he became king for a cycle of power. He did such a bad job, he was banished to the mortal plane by a circle of high demons.
(He was a -really- bad king.)
