So what kind of digital brush do you guys like to use for lineart?

I used to go for completely solid brushes. But now I prefer a brush that can give some softer/transparent lines for inking the details.

(Also, yes, another WIP for my upcoming comic.)

@valenilla_ (So not a doctor) but I do the stuff in the images. (Can use a water bottle or light weights to do some of these.)

The trick for me was doing the strengthening every other day so the muscles/tendons have time to grow back stronger. 💖
