I think it's because the Japanese public can be way more forgiven. As long as you treat them to some cute girls, everything is alright!

But even the shittiest of kusoges have at least one thing good about them, and in this case, it's the music. It's actually pretty good!

The saddest thing about it is that it's clearly made on the same engine as Mary Skelter, which is a much better game...
