It might seem a tiny, inconsequential thing, but one of my favourite moments of this year was finding a really nicely-priced, great-condition copy of Prince's Diamonds & Pearls on vinyl at Newcastle's Quayside Market, at around the time the D&P SDE would've presumably dropped...

So I just happen to have reached the 'only stuff I'm terribly interested in having on vinyl is fairly cheap' stage of my collecting journey, nicely timed with the cost-of-living crisis
