I got my swarm delivered recently, and they are adjusting to their new digs.

Here they are on their first night, marching into the reduced opening.

It’s been several years since I’ve kept bees, but I’m taking the plunge this spring.

The bees will get delivered as soon as a friend’s hive swarms, and I should have them within a week.

This will be their swanky refurbished home!

Amber here! And this is Edy, my 14 yo baby Jack Russell. I’ve had her since she was 2 months & we’re starting to see the affects of getting older which is sad but also has some funny side effects. Like how she sits now which reminds me a lot of Spunky from Rocco’s Modern Life.
