third NPC outlaw reveal for my campaign, Toothless Oswald! got the name after he replaced all his teeth with gold.

their glasses are also reflective at night so it can be startling if you shine a light on them , they also wear a shawl that has feather fall (looks like insect wings when activated) , their sword is a hard red wood
