Anyways I use Krita, mainly cuz its free but also because of the range of default brushes I can use. Take this pic for example. Those sparkles come from a special stamp tool default to the program

The city took me about a month, off and on. Id say about 30hrs total

The wishiwashi and my other full background illustrations take me anywhere from 5-10hrs
