Been playing Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis the last few days. Should finish it tonight. About as epic as I remember when I played it in the early 90s. Impressive amount of variety in the game.

RIP Syd Mead (1933-2019). One of those artists who's work helped create what modern sci-fi looks like and inspired a generation of artists. A legend and icon. Star Trek, Blade Runner, TRON, 2010, Aliens and many more movies and projects. #SydMead

Finished replaying The Dig (no cheats!). Liked how it handled inventory & dialog (not a fan of dialog trees). Liked the lack of tedious verbs (nobody wants to guess a verb). Got stuck a few times because they required talking to a person about an item in a specific room.

Replaying LucasArts' The Dig (1995). Still holds up. Love the more serious tone. Here's the infamous alien turtle bone puzzle. Took me so long 24 years ago.

I admit, once home computers and videogames became a thing in the early 80s, I stopped going outside.

Juast finished Uncharted: Lost Legacy (9h in two sessions). Last 3 chapters were pretty epic. I will miss Uncharted and wish it wasn't over. Makes me sad.
